You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights.
Tipredact reserves the right to remove any User-Generated Content that violates these Terms of Service or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.
7. Payment Terms
Access to certain features of our services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for keeping your payment information up to date.

In no event shall Tipredact's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law and survives termination of these Terms of Service.
10. Termination
These Terms of Service are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. Tipredact may terminate or suspend your access to the services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms of Service that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
